TagForm
Once you have decided to send in your shirts for collars and cuffs you need to click on th TagForm Button to print a copy for each shirt you are submitting.
Make sure you print your full name and address. Please describe the shirt you are submitting(color,label,stripe,etc.). We received hundreds on a weekly basis.
Please include your email exactly as inputted into your mail program sender. You would be supprise at how many messages we get back because of not being able to read your email address corectly. Also Include a day phone number. We will use it in last resort when we can't email you questions.
Check the boxes that apply to your need. Don't assume that because a particular collar you are submitting fits you perfect thats the box you should check. Remember collars shrink, example, you purchased a collar size of 16-1/2 and you checked off "Make collar same size". But when we put the tape to the collar it measures 15-1/2". We make the collar 15-1/2" but it shrinks. Remember allow for shrinkage. If you can't decide gives us a call 1-877-693-6732 Toll Free.
Your TagForm is your best friend. Make any notes as to what you want in style and size. We mean any size. On the web site home page there is a video on filling out the tagForm and how to package your shirts.
